- I don't know if anyone can help me with this, but I really messed up my
- configuration this week and can't seem to remember what I had set up
- before. I have a MultiFaceCard3 plugged into my A2000 with a
- SupraFaxModem connected to the 25-pin serial (SER1) and my null-modem
- connected to the 9-pin (SER0). Until last night, I was able to open
- simultaneous sessions through the two ports (using duart.device units 0
- and 1) in Term4.3 without any problems.
-
- However, in fiddling around with my prefs file, I managed to negate this.
- Now, whenever I try to open the second port I get the error, "Cannot open
- serial port for use, modem connection already detected" or something like
- that.
-
- Does anyone have any quick suggestions that might remedy this?
-
-
- Thanks!
